As a Medical Coding Specialist at Revex Solutions, you will be the forensic backbone of our claim preparation process. You won't just be entering codes; you will be investigating clinical documentation to ensure absolute alignment between services rendered and billed codes, maintaining our 99.9% accuracy standard.
Assign CPT, ICD-10-AM, and HCPCS codes for diverse specialty inpatient and outpatient records.
Conduct forensic documentation reviews to identify missing clinical indicators.
Perform real-time coding audits for NUPCO and CHI compliance within the KSA market.
Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize Physician Query workflows.
CPC or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-volume hospital coding.
Expertise in KSA healthcare regulatory standards and e-claim processing.
